Long waits for appointments and not a nice attitude. Doesn't care about giving you all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Save yourself and go to someone else who has time for you. Don't expect her or her colleagues to care about you. If they say they do, they are lying or only meaning it strictly in the minimum professional manner.

Dr. Hagroo.. is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough and explains everything in detail. I am so glad she delivered my son.

I really appreciate my doctor's gentleness, and how she expresses concerns on any matter I have or had. Her ability to make me feel at ease about the best decision on my health. A few weeks ago, her and I decided it was time for me to do a hysterectomy. Best decision so far that I made. She was very patience with me over the year or so to come to this conclusion. I feel great! Her bed side matters are awesome too. She's a jewel. Her staff too.

Dr.Hagroo is what every doctor should be . She is the best. I will never see another doctor. I wish we could clone her so every woman could experience her gentleness. I never feel like a patient when I see her. I go see her before I go see my M.D.. No matter what is going on I know she will try and fix it .

I was there for a routine visit and a test. They never called me to inform me of the test results, and when I called them they said everything was fine. After a few days they called back to say there had been a mistake. The bill of the visit arrived after more than 6 months (I had changed doctor in the meantime)... I did not have a good overall impression but the doctor seemed nice, and that is way I still give her 3 stars.

Dr. Hagroo is an amazing doctor. I was scheduled for surgery one morning for cervical cancer. The doctor and her staff were all so kind and nurturing. I still can't believe that when she arrived at the hospital to do the surgery, she stopped to see me to see how I was doing before she even took the time to take her coat off. Not many doctors take anytime to treat you like a person and she does. Overall, I'll never see another OBGYN again!

Dr Hagroo is awesome,professional and very caring doctor. She treats you like a person, not just another number in the office. She spends time with you and actually listens to your questions and concerns.

Dr. Hagroo is very gentle and nice. She takes time to explain everything to me in words I understand. She has great bedside manner and I feel like she really cares about my health concerns. I would definitely recommend her to a friend!
