I really liked Dr. Patel. he was thorough - asking my daughter questions and explaining information well regarding his diagnosis, and plan for treatment.

Our daughter has been a patient of Dr. Patel since May 2016. Dr. Patel has been nothing of kind, genuine, and understanding in regards to her condition and to her care. He listens to her and asks her questions about her pain and symptoms. After seeing multiple doctors in northern Virginia, we decided to take her to UVA. Her symptoms have improved and have shown signs of remission.

The worst pediatric rheumatologist in the USA. Does not listen. Forms opinion in the first 60 seconds. Considers himself so good he can disregard multiple other specialists.

He is a very friendly man and really seems to care about his patients, he's very thourough.
