Everyone at this practice is very nice. I can request appointments over the internet. I have never had to wait more than 15 min. to see the Dr. Dr. Aldape is really great.

He is a wonderful doctor. Very caring and takes his time talking with you. When we first started going to him he had a wonderful nurse. Just loved her. However this new one is terrible. Do not like her at all. If we didn't like Dr. Aldape so much, we would change doctors because of her.

Nothing but great and positive things to say. Really cares about his patients, listens and gives you the best options that fit your medical needs. I've never been to a medical facility where you don't have to wait a little while. In fact that's a good sign he is taking his time with the person he is helping. It's called a "waiting room" for a reason.

Scheduled an appointment for Dr Aldape and waited over 45 minutes before needing to leave to return to work. Asked for his staff member to call me to reschedule and she was not at all apologetic -- just said these things happen. Dr. Aldape is a D.O. from a 1 star medical school looking to build his practice -- can't say that this level of service will help him.
