Dr. Busenbark is great

The nurse told me I'd need glasses for far and near sighted. He came in did a couple things and said nope you can just use cheaters asked me what strength I said 150 he said good that should be just fine and that was it told me how to leave and he left. I still have trouble seeing certain things even with the cheaters and of course they don't help see further away so I'm left right where I was before seeing this dr. I was not heard or helped during this appt I'm so disappointed

Extraordinary kind and I formative.

The doctor's first comments when he walked in were "I'm not a pediatric doctor so I'm not sure why I am seeing you. Do you even want to continue?" I replied with you already dilated my sons eyes so I'd like to at least do something to make this worthwhile.

The assistant and the doctor were very good and explaining everything that they were checking the reasons for it I was very impressed.

I did not feel like he listened well or involved me in decision making. Did not explain next steps if what he decided did not work for me. I am not happy with my experience and do not want to return to the eye department, I will pay for an out of network provider.

He didnt give me any answers if my issues could be corrected. I asked if he would give me a new prescription for glasss. He said he didnt check for that, he said get stronger pair of over the counter glasses. I am very disapointed

Dr Busenbark not only explained my condition but he also pulled up pictures of examples of my condition so I could visualize what he was talking about. Looking forward to my next visit with him
