Dr. Aaron Kenneth Clark, MD

The office staff is totally incompetent. Billed my insurance with a wrong code and my insurance rejected it. When I called them to see what happened, they argued with me about it. They finally agreed to fix it , but never did. I called them for months trying to get it fixed , but just got the run around. Then 6 months later, they did the SAME thing with my husbands insurance on a totally different procedure!! Got the same runaround with that!!! Then another time when he called for a refill, the office staff claimed he never had a prescription for that medication, altho he had been on it for years, and Dr. Clarks office had prescribed it!!! Then there is Dr Clark himself. Dr Clark was extremely rude and condescending to my husband and refused to listen when my husband tried to explain the medical issue he was having. After all these bad experiences within a 2 yr period, we both found another Dr.

Dr Clark has been our primary care physician for over ten years. His PA Brenda is nothing but a joke. The office staff, which reflects on the doctor must have been hired straight out of elementary school. There are two good people in the office Cora, the main receptionist, and Shaniqua, the doctor's assistant. Other than that the place is full of morons. Dr Clark must be in some kind of trouble as he lost his credentials with the state of Michigan and had been extremely leary of writing the scripts that people need. Not opioids either all scripts. My insurance wouldn't even cover a script he wrote because the pharmacy said it came from his office. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Wait times are getting terrible and don't expect to get any kind of answer you need from his office staff. They made me go in and wait in the waiting room for over an hour for a global referral only to have Sheniqua tell me after taking my vitals that they could do it over the phone. Needles to say when I… got to my specialist appointment no referral came through. So I called the office to have them do it and for thirty minutes they claimed I didn't have the insurance I said I did. It wasn't until I insisted on talking to Cora that she found out that weren't even looking at the right file. After five minutes and my referral went through. If I hadn't known to ask for Cora I would have ended up having to reschedule with the specialist thanks to this doctor's office staffs incompetence. Even my neighbor, who is a pharmacuetical sales man says these guys are a joke and it reflects on Dr Clark

I wouldn't recommend this doctor for a common cold

As a person who invariably has many questions to ask, I've found Dr. Clark to be a patient listener who takes the time to make sure that my questions are answered in an informative manner. His PA, Brenda Leverenz, also gives freely of her time and ensures that I thoroughly understand my diagnosis and treatment.

Dr Clark and his staff have been professional, and very helpful. I have been going to him for 24 years, and trust him for all my medical needs.

I received by certified mail I was fired for Drug abuse because my blood work said I had Acetaminophen in my system and services were terminated. DA!! I have a script from him for Norco 10-325 which contains Acetaminophen. The letter said do not contact his office or his staff I was fired and told to seek a new Doctor. Also I was put into collections by their mistake.

My husband went to him and was treated very rudely. Dr. Clark is very condescending and did not want to listen to what my husband was trying to tell him. Not compassionate in the least. Very poor bedside manner. Also, the office staff is very unprofessional. They messed up the billing on some blood work, and when I called, kept getting the run around. Said the Dr .put the wrong code in. After 3 months of weekly phone calls to get it fixed, I finally gave up and just paid it, as I was getting threats to be sent to the credit bureau. Between this rude Dr. and his inept staff, don't know how he is still in business.

The doctor runs his office like a business , a for profit business where in his main concern seems to be having you see him every 3 months so he has a steady income. You work for him , not the other way around.

He was inattentive, to say the least and his office is run unprofessionally and rudely.
