I am having so much trouble with this practice trying to have them honor their mistake. The contact lenses that they sold me were different than the trial pair. These lenses have a different fit and tint and don't stay in my eye yet they refuse to take them back or even give me store credit towards a new pair that works better. Their excuse is that the trial pair was discontinued and these are their replacement. The Manager James does not return calls and evades customer complaints. The receptionist Vanessa who is very confrontational speaks over you and hangs up when she runs out of excuses. On top of all the say that the Owner Dr. Aaron Evans has no say in how the practice is run and does not return calls. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment. I am still in discussion with them and will add to this review if anything changes.

I had been going to Visual Eyes for 22 years, but my last experience I felt the office policy put my health at risk. It's a health care business that refuses to wear masks unless a customer asks the staff to wear them. Staff does not practice social distancing, and I had a choice either to sit next to other patients not wearing masks, or stand for 20 minutes waiting for my appointment. Hard to believe a health care provider operates like this in a pandemic, and I regret that I or the other 4 members of my family will not be returning. I got my RX and got out of there as quickly as I could, and I would recommend going to Warby Parker at the Boca Raton Mall, prices are 80% less for the same quality of lens/frames with more style. I asked to speak to the owner Dr Aaron Evans about my concern but was refused the opportunity, that even though he is the owner, he is not in charge of Covid protocols for his staff. What? They eject CDC guidelines and instead follow guidelines instituted by Ron… DeSantis and team, that told me everything I need to know about their concern for patient safety, it's money that matters to this business, and it hurts to realize that after being a loyal client for 22 years. If you are at risk to Covid, stay away.vIf you value a business that protects it's patients over enticing customers to spread germs freely, then this is your place.
