You have the skills you need to achieve your goals. Often, we aren’t conscious of what causes us stress nor are we aware of the memories that we hold physically. My strength in the field of mental health is in helping you to get,“in the know.” So often in life, we become experts at anything and everything except ourselves. We will identify your goals, and then we will develop the plan to achieve them.

I have over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, races, and social classes. I have worked in the clinical setting, in the community, in K-12 education, at secure facilities, and in residential programs. I have been told that I have an old soul, let's discuss your concerns.
