Dr. Aaron Gelfand, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Gelfand for several years. He delivered my first son and would have delivered my second son. I am saddened by the news and praying for him and his family. A great doctor and a great person. I will miss being his patient.

Dr. Gelfand has delivered 4 out of my 6 children and has always been the best doctor. He spent as much time as needed always, I never felt rushed and he always allayed my concerns while making me laugh. I come from a family of physicians and he possessed all the qualities necessary to be a successful and competent doctor. I am devastated to hear this news but somehow I still have faith in him and hope that he will be given the opportunity to help people again.

dr gelfand is the worse dr ever he rushes through procedures does not give full dosage of lidocaine to help ease the pain. i would refer my worse enemy to him well i guess that would never happen its all karma hitting him

just like the title says..."RUN THE OTHER WAY"!

I have been his patient for the last 14 yrs..if you are looking for a doctor who doesn't beat around the bush to tell it like it is this is your doctor.. H has kept it real with me for years..I am proud to tell my healthy boys he delivered them... I rather have a doctor like him who is honest and easy to work with than someone who tries to put things nice for me to be politically correct.. I am a nurse myself and I can trust him with issues pertaining to my health with no expectations of feeling belittle by him... god knows women deal w some embarrassing situations at times and he is the one I trust... >>a sweetheart ;)

His office is closed without any message to his patients. They have over charged me and avoiding to pay back my money. Totally unprofessional staff and the doctor himself.

Dr. Gelfand completely disappeared off the face of the planet. His office is closed. The number to his office has been disconnected. My wife is 4 weeks from due date and cant find any information. Called the New Jersey Medical examiners office and all they could tell me was to find a new doctor because doctor Dr Gelfand was not going to be able to see my wife.

The doctor is great and very personable. My family has gone to him for years! :)

I saw Dr. Gelfand during my last pregnancy. He was thorough and professional at all times. I was high risk and had gestational diabetes so he prescribed a lot of tests and followed me closely. His nurses were great but I also saw him at every appt and he spent as much time as necessary with me.
