Dr. Aaron Steven Geller, MD

I highly recommend Dr. Geller to any patient who is seeking both a caring and intelligent physician who takes the time to provide outstanding medical care through an attentive, collaborative, and analytical pain management plan. He takes the time to create a personalized plan coupling a thorough analytical diagnosis with up to date education through peer reviewed medical articles. This education allows me as the patient to have a thorough understanding of the reasoning behind both the diagnosis and treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Geller for over 10 years now for chronic upper back and neck pain. I was able to work without significant pain, a reduction in migraine headaches, and far less days of intense pain. He educated me about pain, and is hyper vigilant about making sure his patients are taken care of and safe. He takes a far less invasive method in treating pain through lidocaine injections of nerve blocks and trigger point injections along with low dose opioid if appropriate. He monitors patients through random drug testing to safeguard that they are not using any illegal substances outside of his prescriptions. My quality and enjoyment of life has certainly improved by seeing and being treated by Dr. Geller.

I have been coming to see Dr. Geller for over 12 years for a back injury I sustained at work. He is very thorough, really listened to what the patient needs and tries to find the best treatment possible for the patient's condition. Thanks to the treatment I receive I am able to live my life with less pain and perform at my job at full duty status. Medication is explained very clearly, what to expect from them and the risks. Dr. Geller is knowledgeable, caring and dependable. He is very careful with the options that he comes up with to treat the pain. The injections that he performs are relatively painless and actually work.

I have been a patient with Dr geller for many years. Not only has he been a proficient practitioner, he has also been a compassionate caregiver, helping me through some of the hardest times I have had in my life do to my injuries. The bad reviews on this site seem to be from some uneducated haters, please disregard. He is one of the most compassionate men I have met.

I have been a patient for over a year. Dr. Geller listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. He manages my pain level well. I will have pain forever but with Dr. Geller's help it is manageable, making my life more enjoyable!

Awesome doc. Very smart. Usually very caring. Has a few weird idiosyncracies like refusing to provide ANY patient on Medicare/Medicaid with any sort of narcotic...even people who've been his patient for 5+ years without issue. Even when the same patient has been managed with the same dose of meds for years on end. If you become disabled to the point you can't work(or retire) and have M'Care or M'caid for insurance...you won't get narcotic meds from him...even if you're already his patient. Somehow, I guess it's not medically appropriate to treat M'care/caid patients with narcotics all of a sudden...when thats the ONLY thing that changed about them.If you have private insurance however...this is the doc to go with.
