Dr. Aaron Michael Hawkins, MD

Many of the therapists and practioners employed under Aaron Hawkins are good at their jobs, but Aaron easily ruins all of that because anything of significance has to go through him. So even if you are at his practice seeing another practioner, he is still signing off on any major treatment changes. Outside of that, their missed appointment fees are very high vs most places. The atmosphere is cold and clinical. I actually had him directly (not another practioner in his practice) as my doctor for a little while before he offloaded me onto one of them, but from that experience I can say it was quite clear that there was never any actual care for me as a patient put forth from him, he has a general air of "I don't have time for you/this" about him. His practices gradually got larger and feel like you are just going through a people mill now. It's clear that at some point Aaron decided to trade integrity and quality individual patient care for the almighty dollar, as it is apparently worth… more to him.

Dr. Hawkins is extremely condescending, inexperienced, and incompetent. I seriously question his ethics and ability to provide patient care. He recommended a medication, which my previous providers had said was risky to combine with my current medications. He also suggested invasive treatments that were expensive and not covered by insurance. It's also impossible to work with his staff, Jaycee and Amber, who never return phone calls, and yet criticize patients for following up on requests.

If you’re considering seeing Aaron Hawkins, let me give you some advice: Don’t. I was mind blown at how bad and poorly this place is run.
