Finding a plastic surgeon is never easy, who do you trust? who do you believe? who's trying to up sell you to make money. I took to yelp and google and did my homework. I came across Dr. K's website and what really caught my interest other than his outstanding qualifications and being a published plastic surgeon was his wanting to educate the consumer. He doesn't care if you pick him as your plasticsurgeon or not. He wants you to pick the best plastic surgeon for you. So, after a great consultation I booked my surgery for 10/9 and Im now 2 months post op and Imreally pumped about my results. Dr. Kreally under sold me on my results so far. Ireally didn't know what to expect after being disappointed with the results from a previous plastic surgeon. Dr. K did an outstanding job and performed exactly what he promised and more. I saw Dr. K for my second follow up a few weeks ago and I still had some swelling. He said that your body is still going to continue to change and I thought how much… morereally. Sure enough I still wear my compression garments and still leaning out just like he said. Dr. K is an amazingplastic surgeon who cares about his patients and their outcomes. He always made himself available to me via text or call. His office staff was amazing through the whole process. Since then Dr. K Hasdone some botox for me and I will continue to go to him for any cosmetic needs. Yelp postings really helped me in finding and setting up a consultation with Dr. K, so I hope this will help a yelper in making their plastic surgeon search easier.

I've had my consultation only so far, but this is where I will be getting my surgeries done. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I had done my research as far as reading reviews and scouring over different Doctors websites but all roads led back to Dr. Kosins. Talking to him in person reaffirmed that. He's very knowledgeable and informative, as well as being comforting and kind. He really took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Risa was great as well, you feel like you're friends by the end of the visit. =) She made everything clear with pricing, etc. The whole experience here made me so anxious to get things going...I can't wait. I have been wanting to get a rhinoplasty since i was 16 years old but could never come to terms with going under the knife. I was very insecure about the appearance of my nose and had trouble breathing as well. Once i had my first Consultation with Dr. Kosins, I felt very relaxed and confident that everything would work out. Dr. Kosins really knows how to make you feel at home and never pressured into anything you don't want to do. The whole staff really makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. Judy especially is AMAZING!! My girlfriend Maria, who went with me to all my consultations was also very welcomed and made a great connection with Judy. The day of surgery i was so ready to get my operation. After Dr. Kosins came over and made sure i was ok i went completely white and started to sweat like crazy.The nurses came over immediately and gave me some medication that made me feel relaxed. One of the nurses especially, Ruth Sarvas, went above and beyond to make sure i was taked… care of. Ruth knew I lived 2 hours away in Palm Springs and offered me to stay at her house after surgery. This is beyond caring and paying it forward. The experience with Ruth was like no other. It has now been 10 days since my surgery and I can not wait to see what my nose looks like the more the swelling goes down.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kosins and I must say I am impressed by his knowledge and how understanding and attentive he was towards my needs. I've had seen numbers of other cosmetic surgeons and none of which were understanding nor attentive as Dr. Aaron Kosins. He really took his time asking me questions and showing me his work. He wanted to have a clear idea on what exactly that I would like to achieve. Although, I have not yet had any work on by Dr. Kosins but I am looking forward to it in the near future!

Dr. Kosins was very professional and engaged. I felt very comfortable talking to him and his attention to detail was appreciated.

I had never seen (or thought about seeing) a cosmetic surgeon, but because of an emergency when my dog big off part of my lip (he is on high restriction), I had to go to the emergency room at Hoag and was nothing short of blessed by being treated by Dr. Kosins. Not only is he exceptional at what he does, but he is thoughtful, patient, informative, responsive and truly caring. I highly recommend him for anyone needing his expertise.
