Dr. Aaron Lundgaard, DC

Aaron Lundgaard, DC, CCSP, CSCS, has been the Director of Clinical Services and owner at Total Health Systems with locations in Clinton Township, Chesterfield, St Clair Shores, Center Line, Washington and New Baltimore for the past 2 decades. Dr. Lundgaard graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology, where he was an honors student and varsity football athlete. He continued his education at the National University of Health Sciences, receiving a second Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and professional degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. During his schooling, he received a fellowship in biochemistry, which included a position as part-time faculty to teach clinical biochemistry. Dr. Lundgaard has also done numerous continuing education and special certification courses in his post-graduate studies. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). He is also a …Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This is a post graduate program for those specializing in sports medicine. He is currently the strength and conditioning coach and team chiropractor for the Utica Eisenhower high school football program. In addition to instructing on strength and conditioning, he also practices what he preaches. He is a two time masters national champion and two time masters world champion in the sport of powerlifting; founding, coaching, and participating with the Double A Barbell Club in Chesterfield Twp., MI.
