Would not recommend Dr Metrailer, a doctor that specializes in vertigo sends me back to my PCP, my appointment lasted 5 minutes. Would not listen to anything I had to say, my hearing was good so couldn’t be an ear problem, I guess he couldn’t sell me hearing aids he doesn’t want to deal with you!

He was able to help solve my hearing loss. Very kind and patient. Willing to get to know me and support me!

I'm sure Dr. Metrailer knows his stuff. But he brought me in today for an appointment to tell me he couldn't help me and that I should see a neurologist. He knew this eight weeks ago when I made the appointment! I could've already seen the neurologist by now. Also, when I compared myself to Melissa McCarthy (I'm a stage actor locally) he said "Oh now, don't put yourself down like that." Um, I wasn't? I think Melissa's amazing and talented and beautiful. But now I guess we know how YOU feel about fat women, Doc. So sick of fat shaming from doctors, even back-handed "niceness" like this.

Dr Metrailer is knowledgeable, professional and caring. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with my experience at AOC. My 5 month old baby boy was suffering from back to back ear infections. After unpleasant experiences with ACH I felt like I was out of options. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Metrailer and I am so glad he did. Their office got us scheduled immediately. Everyone was very professional and had my son's best interest at heart. I would recommend this facility and Dr. Metrailer to anyone. Thank you so much for being so wonderful!

Aaron Metrailer was hired by AOC to replace Dr. John Dickins. Big mistake!!!! I was told he was compassionate and caring. He is the very opposite of compassionate. I had 3 office visits in an attempt to try to use him because of my history at AOC. He does not listen to anything you say. He thinks he can treat you without listening to you. Not good if you have hearing loss, are deaf or have Meniere's Disease. I have been a patient of AOC for 20 years. I purchased all of my hearing devices from them. I will never be back there. If you have to use AOC, use Ward Gardner.

Best Doctor ever!! Dr. Metrailer is very compassionate, and he always asks me if I have any questions. I had a cholesteotoma removed & titanium prosthesis put in to replace my inner ear bones. He spent an extra 30 minutes making sure he had removed all of it. He has never been rude to me, and I would recommend him 110%

He listened to me very well. I had a bone lesion behind my ear, and NOBODY would touch it until I met him. He was very excited to take it off for me, whereas nobody else would give it a second look. I had lived with it since I was 6 years old, and not a single doctor, out of dozens, would take it off. Dr. Metrailer was very supportive, he listened to me, he was like a doctor first and a friend second. He didn't botch my surgery, I'm happy with the scar left behind. There was no complications, no infections, nothing. He gave me the appropriate amount of pain medicine, and I wasn't in too much pain after the surgery. The nurses and staff were amazing, they were polite and considerate. I had a pain free recovery, and I'm doing very well, all thanks to Dr. Metrailer.
