Very helpful, patient, personable staff. The doctor listened to me and put me at ease. I felt respected and cared about, as if I was the only patient that day. It was my first time meeting him and I was impressed. He really seems to know his stuff. He thoroughly explained my knee MRI. I left feeling positive about the plan moving forward. I feel he is a down to earth person that helps his patients make decisions that make sense for the goals they have in mind. I recommend others to consider him. Do not be discouraged by the answering system, it takes awhile to get through sometimes. You may be able to make an appointment in person or online, though. It was worth the wait!

Long time patient of Dr Omotola. Waited 30 minutes for someone to pick up the office phone to schedule an appointment, who has time for this?

Dr. Omatola is great! He does not rush to operate unless it’s absolutely necessary. He remembers his patients when they aren’t in his office. I like his honesty, and how thoroughly he explained everything. He is staff is also very nice and helpful.

I was sent to see doc Omotola and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor's office in my adult life. I found him and the staff extremely rude. It was like a bad dream dont make the same mistake I did listening to the hype this man is as unprofessional as they come.

he hurried out of the office after spending approximately 60 seconds with me, said, "watch this video about the surgery ".. he is going to CUT ON MY BODY and expects me to feel comfortable watching a 3 min video about it. I told the nurse about this and i wanted him back in the room...he came back, was all apologetic and with is better-than arrogant attitude. I expressed my concern over his lack of time with me etc and i feel he should watch the video with me and stick around to answer questions. which he did. every other f/u appointment was just as rushed, however, I felt he "tried" to be more friendly with me due to my original meeting. I don't doubt his abilities but He really needs to come down off his high horse and lose the arrogant attitude.

My surgery was a success, no issue there. HOWEVER, there was a 6mo f/u appointment that resulted in a billing issue. A phone all to the office manager, Elyse, and she stated she will look into it. I received another billing statement and called again; again I was told it was being reviewed. Fast forward 4 months, and I receive a collections notice. After several phone conversations with Elyse, it was resolved to my satisfaction. She accepted full responsibility for it falling through the cracks; she immediately jumped on it and corrected everything. Elyse renewed my faith in the medical billing practices of this office. She showed great concern for me being upset and sent to collections. She called me often to keep me updated. I shared my concern over this 6 month f/u appointment that caused this billing issue. I was never made aware of the fact that it is NOT covered under the surgery bubble and I will be billed. I feel the 6mo f/u appointment should be "if needed" and… the patient made aware he/she will be responsible for additional fees. She advised that a new office procedure will be reviewed.

Dr. Omotola is fantastic!

I had a previous meeting with another orthopedic that went poorly. Then saw Dr. Omotola and Casey, they were very kind and professional. My surgery went well and I was pleased with everyone I have came in contact at the office. I could not have asked for better care.
