Dr. Aaron Lee Owen, MD

Part of DARPA's Brain Initiative that conducts experiments on citizens. The project utilizes remote and non-remote technologies to influence someone's thoughts, actions, speech and sensory perceptions. Dr. Owen's aware that I was told about the project (he told on himself) and of my cursory knowledge as a past neuroscience student in grad school - as I was falsely and briefly institutionalized in retaliation. Out of context, Dr. Owen asked me how I felt about doctor's assisted s_c_de - knowing that psychotronics can cause harm. He also asked why I couldn't keep a job. I always received good reviews, and was never fired. He then tried to insinuate that I was violent or violently minded, yet I still do not have a history of violence at all. I do have a history of people being violent towards me, though. Finally, he ominously asked if I thought I was placed in a theory of mind/personality experiment. I didn't agree with the line of questioning, especially while being drugged, so I… stopped answering. I felt manipulated. Dr. Owens came off as very untrusting, and rash - all under the guise of being able to pass it all off as being tactless or misunderstood.
