I had a bad tooth ache and they were able to squeeze me in same day. Very nice staff and doctor. I hardly felt him pull my tooth and was shocked they were so quick!

Great experience! They are the nicest group of people that make going to the dentist easy. I was so nervous, but Dr. Simpson and his team explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable.

I ate a good steak Sunday because I thought that might be my last one. At 82 I have been limited to chewing on my right side for several years and now I had a severely infected tooth that had to come out. Fortunately Doctor Aaron Simpson is a miracle worker with teeth. He is clearly God's gift to Fort Smith. Pulled the tooth and put in a perfectly fitted permanent bridge all in less than one day. Not an ounce of pain and today I can eat anything I want to. Thanks to Doctor Simpson and his efficient staff.

I have always been nervous about going to the dentist in the past, but not anymore. Dr Simpson takes his time to explain everything is common terms and make sure you are relaxed. I didn’t even feel the shots! Will definitely come back.

When I walked in your office and talked to the girl at the front desk, she said today you will be getting two crowns on today! And also she pulled up my name and was reading it to me ! And for you to say. You wrote off a balance for me Was not true! I had went to Dr treece before you ! He had put on a crown for me and it kept coming out!! I was not paying for the crown until the job was done right! So no I had no balance with you!! I thought how you handle yourself that day was so rude and not professional at all! I do not do business that way!!

Dr. Simpson and his staff are truly great at what they do! They care about their clients and always have their best interest at heart. I was surprised at how skilled he is despite his young age for a dentist. I love that I can depend on him to give me the best dental advice for what I need. The location has been around for a while but all the equipment has been updated making procedures faster and more efficient. And last but not least, they’re just friendly people!
