Staff was great

I have chronic Fibromyalgia...so I hurt all the time anyway. When I start to have tooth pain, I begin to fear and tremble at the thought of dental pain. I also have 3 bulging disks in my neck, and the dentist chair itself gives me severe neck headaches. Hence, I hate dentists. Well, I had a too I needed fixed, hadn't been to the dentist in a while, and finally went. Dr. Wagner was there and I had never had him before. His gentle smile is very calming, He has a genuine concern for your comfort level. If you can't have the chair back flat enough because it hurts, he'll sit the chair up and re-position himself. He explains everything he is going to do before he does it, he shows you your x-rays and why you need done what he has to do and most importantly, continues to stop and ask if you're okay and if its okay to proceed. He is the gentlest dentist I've ever had administering the Novocaine...you hardly feel it. He literally puts you first! You are a person to him..not just "next… in line". He even had a cancellation at one point in time and asked me if I'd want him to continue working on as many as he could get done in that time frame as he knows, me being bed-bound, its hard to get out and to the office... he did 3 teeth for me...asking after each one, "are you okay to proceed to the next one"? How many dentists do you know that care that much? I just love this dentist and never want anyone else...ever again!.
