Dr. Aaron Patrick Wilbanks, DO

Rude. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. Unprofessional.Ordered unnecessary tests. Spoke down to me and my husband. Never going back to him. If give him zero stars if possible. And they over bill the patient and keep it on the books until you ask what your balance due is only to find out they owe you for the overt payment. This happened more than once for me and separately for my husband and children. I learned to ask after every visit.

Had a nasty bruise that I didn't remember an injury for. Had a tele-meet with wilbanks. 30 seconds in, his camera cut off. Without even looking at it, he said I needed an ultrasound and to go to the ER, because we wouldn't want to wait a week for authorization. When I got the the ER, Yukon Integris, they said it was weird for wilbanks to not have called and that they usually schedule a stat appointment for these things that would have bypassed the ER copay. His female nurse said that none of the doctors in Canadian Valley Family Care have ever done that, and that they didn't even know it was a thing they could do. I have recorded conversations from both his male and female nurse. I have a recorded conversation with the ER nurse telling me that doctors usually do this for their patients. His female nurse was nearly chucking when I told her I raise 3 children by myself and school supplies are due in less than a month and could they please call and fix it. She said we're done arguing.

Excellent care, listens and discusses options. I would recommend Dr. Wilbanks to everyone interested in a great doctor.

Dr.Wilbanks is a very caring person. He will always try to do what is best for you as a patient . If something is not good for you he will let you know. I've read a couple of the reviews , and come to the conclusion that some people just don't want to hear the truth. I'm glad to have a doctor that will tell me what is best for me or my children and is not afraid to hurt my feelings if it means one of us feeling better. I would rather someone be truthful , than tell me what I want to hear and send me on my way . I recommend him to my family and have suggested him to friends when he started accepting new patients again.

This man has personal prejudices that do not allow him to properly treat patients. He will not see any foster children and treated my child as if she was the problem. She is a 6 yr old child with digestive issues. His manner and that of his staff was offensive and inappropriate. So glad that I found this out on the first visit and that my child didn't need to suffer from his care or lack thereof for very long.

The overall visits are great except the lady that takes payments, she is always rude & short when speaking.

TERRIBLE doctor and staff. Will not go back

Dr Wilbanks was a complete jerk. He was very accusatory and did not believe that I was suffering from pain. Dr Wilbanks just assumed that I was lying. I will never return for a follow up visit. He is arrogant, rude and not helpful in the least. I got better care from Urgant Care in the area. Dr Wilbanks staff was a softer spoken jerk. Should have been my first clue to leave.

Took my wife to Dr. Wilbanks, he was great with her. It is hard to get her in to the doctor because she is scared, and doesn't trust them. He was amazing, friendly, and the turn around time on the labs was so fast. Highly recommend.
