The worst doctor we ever went to. We asked pertinent questions and he wouldn't answer any because he wanted us to return for another back for each question we asked. He just wanted our money. Horrible bedside manners.

After having sinuplasty my breathing is 100% better! I waited to leave a review to make sure the results were the same after 3 years. I have no had a sinus infections since, which I was getting them at a minimum of 10 times a year. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable Doctor.

Kashani is being charged by the State of California Medical Board for improper patient care with gross negligence, and fraud for falsely claiming he is board certified when in fact, he is not. I have a copy of the Medical Board report with charges for proof.

He is the best ent doctor I have used. He uses the latest tech and is very friendly. I had sinus surgery (balloon sinus dilation) and nasal turbinate reduction. I can breathe better now, my insurance covered it. Seek him, he is great. He called me at home after my surgery, he shows that he cares and wants to improve your upper respiratory system.

At the urging of the Dr. Kashini I had balloon sinuplasty surgery to eliminate repeated sinus infections. However, while doing the surgery he said it was necessary to reconstruct my septum. He claims the lining was "paper thin" and he had to do "a lot of work in there." Post-surgery recovery time was horrible; nothing like he portrayed it to be. It's now been nearly six months and I have a CONSTANT whistling from my nose, something I NEVER had prior to this surgery. I also get sinus headaches regularly, but am told I am to never take sinus medicine again. I have questioned the doctor about the whistling but I do not get a direct answer. So, did I really need reconstruction? My nose still has not fully healed! At this point I am really regretting having had this surgery. I feel worse off now than I was prior to it. At least I used to be able to take sudafed. Now I just suffer...and whistle.
