Robert P Kitchen, PT, DPT

Born and raised in Saylorsburg, Bobby has spent most of his life in the community through school, sports and community events. Bobby graduated from a local high school, Pleasant Valley High School. He later achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Shippensburg University. From there he went on to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Saint Francis University. Since graduation, Bobby has been completing continuing education in orthopedics with a focus on the spine and back pain. Bobby believes that every patient is different in both character and need. Therefore, each patient needs individualized treatments, specific to them in order to facilitate rehabilitation and assist the patient to return to what matters to the patient. Bobby also gives the patient autonomy in their treatment and gives them the tools to treat themselves in order to have long lasting effects. Outside of his profession, you can find Bobby spending time with his family as well as dogs as …he is active with fostering dogs in need and helping them find forever homes. Bobby also enjoys watching sports, weightlifting, and is interested in cars of all kinds.
