Abby Gandolfi, MD

Staff are RUDE, thinking they are the only one working, Dr. Gondalfi refuse to see me just because I arrived 10 min. late that's beside me calling saying that there is traffic on the high way and I might be late. I am an MD and that is not how we suppose to treat each other or even other patient this way, I never had any experience like this with any other Dr. or staff. Ejgh suppose to serve Jefferson area not kick them from the door. Bad staff, Bad service.

Staff is rude and incompetent. When I call to speak with Dr. the staff always intervene. Dr Gandolfi has NEVER called me back and staff is difficult to deal with. Calls are screened and the only way to speak with doctor is at appointment.

I do not recommend this doctor.

During my first appointment with Dr. Gandolfi, I noticed that she was listening carefully to what I was saying. Really listening. She asked relevant questions, considered how what I was asking for could fit into an appropriate treatment plan, gave me good suggestions, addressed every point of concern. I could not ask for more.

I had been searching for a PCP for a year. I couldn’t seem to locate 1 that I really liked or 1 that I really felt comfortable with. I was also searching for a PCP that actually cared about ME and the issues I’d been having. I found ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE with Dr. Gandolfi!!

I was impressed with Dr. Gandolfi. She asked me many questions and took her time with me. She answered my questions to my satisfaction, and she was very friendly.
