Dr. Abdel Kasmia

If Dr. Kasmia ever quits practicing, I will be devastated! Besides being a knowledgeable, thorough, and very effective physician, I enjoy my time at my office visits. I find Dr. Kasmia to be kind and compassionate, with a wonderful sense of humor. He spends as much time as needed to make sure I'm taken care of and all of my questions are addressed. Some patients complain about sometimes having to wait. I knam haow that Dr.Kasmia puts in extra time with me when needed, so I suspect this is the case for everyone.I am happy to wait for him because I am confident that he will take time with me

I have found Dr K to be attentive and understanding while working with myself and my husband. He was able to diagnose my husband with a rare form of Parkinson’s when no one else could figure out the problem. If he is running behind schedule I try to be patient because when our turn comes he will spend as much time with us as we need. I find him to be very thorough.

I'm very pleased that he has provided my daughter with great relief from having major migraines. She has been a patient for nearly 7-8 years and we are basically migraine free.

Definitely a good listener and answers all of your questions that you have, no matter how long it takes. All of this leads up to a doctor that can diagnose your problems.

The very first time I went to go see this doctor for multiple sclerosis I informed him I was in so much pain that sometimes I was unable to get up without assistance. I asked him if I could have some pain medication until my symptoms subsided and he told me no to take over-the-counter medications. Then he doesn't really look at you when you talk he just types on the computer doesn't say a whole lot and doesn't give you any words of encouragement. I have a hard time understanding why he would make an appointment and leave you in the waiting room for at least an hour and a half to two hours before he sees you and you get nothing out of the appointment.

Dr with insufficient bedside manner would not treat my crippling migraines. Recommended OTC, which I know does not work, and told me to call if I truly needed Rx. When I called for the Rx fill, I was told I needed to come in (and pay yet again) to see the Dr. Running a racket on suffering patients; not truly concerned with care or relief.

Either my wife or myself have seen Dr Kasmia several times. Sometimes the wait is long to get in but usually it isn't. I have found him very knowledgeable and personable. He is a great doctor and probably a great man to have over for dinner.

After waiting OVER two hours for a first appointment, I left without seeing the overly scheduled Dr. Kasmia. I understand scheduling back up, however, I do not understand why or how a professional office can make it status quo?

I never mind if my wait is a little longer. Dr Kasmia always spends a lot of time with me when it is my turn. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. That is rare these days! I highly recommend him!
