"firstly, he is a racist doctor. Told me I shouldn't take a certain cheaper medication because he said it was for African Americans. I never heard of such a thing, He also got exceedingly mad if you don't follow his instructions to the letter. He is not a surgeon, so if you need surgery, he refers you to someone else. He fired me as a patient because I needed immediate surgery for an aggressive cancer. But he didn't want to clear the surgery although he was given assurances that the anemia I had would me monitored during surgery. Lastly, I just got a bill from him from 4 years ago. I called the insurance company and they said I was covered and he shouldn't have contacted me that this was between the insurance company and them and if they re-send the bill they would pay it. However, he continues to bill me. He seems like a good doctor at first, but be very careful. Not all he seems to be. "

Very unfriendly staff and more importantly wrong diagnosis

Washed up dr who involves politics with your health. Very unethical.

Dr seems intelligent but wishy washy one day he will say one thing the next appointment something totally different. The staff is horrible the i guess office manager KRISTIN will be very condescending often belittling you in front of others. Others have complained a out the same. Very hypocritical you have to be fully vaccinated with booster and wear masks at all times but none of the staff wears masks Always mixed signals All other doctors that have you wear masks the staff also wears masks

Would tell me one thing in person then something else on paper. Very confusing and staff is very rude

Caught them lying on several occasions. Both dr and staff could be friendly one minute and totally rude the next something weird is going on at that office

BEWARE LIARS and Cover ups Was sent to dr elmansoury for high blood he said according to my ekg i had a heart attack few months prior according to hospital ekg. No one ever told me. He had to confirm with echo, stress test and heart CTA. Meanwhile he prescribed me medication that made me sick, I stopped taking it because it made me sick On a follow up appointment KRISTiN head nurse office manager who has signs posted everywhere do not come to office wearing anything scented she is highly allergic, i respected that and went out of my way not to have anything scented. She was always belligerent, condescending, and would belittle you in front of others. Obviously she disregarded any respect for tpu that she expected for herself. Showed up for a follow up appointment and KRIsTEN asked if i was taking my medication, I replied no it made me suck she then said the dr will not see me and have to come back I returned still unable to take my medication from it making me sick angered them. He… said my heart was fine, strong and i was to be PRN Couple months later had to schedule a unrelated surgery but because of the heart incident i needed to get clearance from the cardiologist. I called and explained this to KRISTIN and she said the dr will not see me or give me clearance for any surgery because i did not take the medication he told me to take. Bit when i left i was PRN amd told my primary Dr was to control my blood pressure. Since the end of seeing dr elmansoury my blood pressure was normal without the medication Here is the real messed up part I told him I changed my diet eliminated all salt and now its fine as it was when he checked it in jis office. He told me salt and diet were false and had nothing to do with blood pressure. How absurd is it for cardiologist to say salt has nothing to do or help with blood pressure. All other drs couldn’t understand the logic Now if you ever need any surgery in the future say cancer or whatever they will refuse to clear you and obviously let you suffer I guess. Something is definitely wrong at this office. Just ask yourself he has been in practice for close to 30 years and only has three reviews on google all five stars each??? Hard to believe after Im sure thousands of patients and only three reviews all five stars. My wife had to go pick up my records and it went from being PRN is what i heard him tell his staff to discharge for noncompliance on paper after all this. COVER UP CiTY. What else do they cover up? To refuse to let someone have a non related surgery because you were mad for whatever reason goes against the oath they sign to help people. They obviously don’t care. Do yourself good and stay away hope this stays on record and helps others out. I cam go on with more disturbing stuff bit limited on space

Dr Elmansoury is the best doctor I have ever met! He took so much time listening to me and answering all of my questions. He usb very thorough and takes his time to explain everything. I can’t express how great it was to see a Dr that had compassion for his patients. His staff was also very polite, professional and friendly. Thanks again Dr. And staff for making me feel comfortable and actually leaving with answers!

Dr Elmansoury cares about all of his patients. He is friendly and explains things thoroughly.

Dr. Elmansoury is such a great doctor. He is very thorough, and due to this fact, uncovered multiple things about a heart issue I have that a previous cardiologist did not! He gave me a thorough explanation, including diagrams, so I now have a better understanding of my specific issues, and what can be done to remediate them. He was very patient with me, and indulged me with all the many questions I asked him. I appreciate the additional time he spent with me and that he explained things in a way that I could easily understand them, (in layman's terms along with visuals). It was a great experience, especially considering how serious heart defects can be. If you want a thorough, careful, and smart cardiologist, I highly recommend Dr. Elmansoury.
