Dr. Abdi Tewfik Sherif, MD

Dr. Sherif has a poor bedside manner, provided me with almost no information on my surgery, did no follow up and seriously mangled me. Several years later I am still working to recover from the botched surgery he performed on me. I ended up finding excellent surgeons since, for whom I am eternally grateful. I expect to fully recover (though with several scars and years of pain and suffering) and for that I am also grateful. I saw the other review here and felt it was important to add my voice and experience, in the hope that helps others make an informed choice on the right surgeon. Always get a second opinion -- no matter how difficult it seems at the moment. Best wishes!

Insisted my surgery was necessary despite 2 others I foolishly agree to the surgery. He never informed me of the pain or complications that go along with the surgery it has wrecked my life the surgery was botched and was totally unnecessary from the beginning. I went from being a perfectly healthy person to being unable to get out of bed and in constant pain.
