Dr. Abdul Ahad Khan, MD

He took care of a family member who was in the hospital for Covid. Couldn’t get a hold of him until multiple attempts made. Finally he answered and was in a hurry to discharge the patient. He also sent the patient home despite a new abnormal chest x-ray. He didn’t practice at standard of care for a good internist. He did not have a pulmonologist consulted for the abnormal chest x-ray. The management would have been different if there was a correct diagnosis for organizing pneumonia after Covid. He was going to send the patient home on expensive injections rather than an oral medication until this was questioned. I don’t believe he cares enough for his patient to be thorough. He also lacks the courtesy and communication skill to the patient’s family.

Fails to perform even basic tests, ignores patient concerns, does not honor urgent appointment requests. Prescribes medications with fatal interactions to your existing medicines. Has no time to deal with patients. Is there solely to bill insurance for treatment not provided. Runs a prescription mill.

Dr. Kahn has been in a hurry nearly every time I see him. I an having yo wait on referrals for neuropathy and nuerologist and dermatologist . He has messed up my prescription for two weeks for a sch C drug cause they pharmacist can't read his writing.

Dr Khan is the most wonderful MD. The bedside manners are great, takes time to explain every thing to the patient and their Fam.The office staff are very professionals.Great Doctor, great staff

Dr. Khan is a very caring, kind individual who really know the right way to practice medicine. A+
