Dr Kahn is absolutely fabulous...his staff leaves something to be desired. The staff person in Monroeville is wonderful...his wilkinsburg office however the staff is horrible .

My mother is battling stage 4 cancer and during a recent hospital stay she was unable to tend to her financial affairs. Subsequently her gas service was disconnected. The gas company was compassionate, sympathetic, and understanding. All they required was a confirmation from her primary care physician that the illness was indeed legitimate. I contacted the office on my mother's behalf and submitted the necessary paperwork...surprisingly I was asked to pay a nominal fee of $20. Upon paying the fee I expected to fax to be remitted to the gas company. However it never was sent and my mother's gas and never got turned on! I contacted the office trying to resolve the issue. Hoping that it would bee a quick,easy fix. Much to my dismay, the receptionist at the wilkinsburg office met my attempts with callous indifference! Her exact words were "its not my issue that your mother has stage 4 cancer nor is it my problem that she doesn't pay her bills!" I have NEVER been treated so rudely!… Nor have i had a doctor-or a representative of his/her practice-interact with patients in such a cruel and detached manner. I was caught completely off guard and NEVER would have expected this level of unprofessionalism from a medical establishment, bound the Hippocratic oath, supposedly dedicated to the humane care of PEOPLE, to resort to such a base level of abject disdain!

Horrible staff and forgetful doctor you can't trust him!

Have been a patient for 30 years now, and I see much change for the worse. I can remember being very satisfied with having Dr khan as my PCP. I am currently seeking a new Physician. DISAPPOINTING.!!!!

Office does not answer the phone. Also called for prescription renewals and they never called them in. Will have to try and recall again tomorrow. Also signed up for an automatic prescription refill through Rite Aid and Rite Aid could not contact them either. It's been a week trying to get in touch with that office I am sooo mad. They are making me go without my meds. Grrrrrr

I was referred by family members and so glad I went and met Dr Khan and he was very nice his employee Lori was absolutely amazing and so polite I really like this place a lot

If your looking for a PCP in Elizabeth go to Khan Medical the old Biddle building the staff is wonderful and super helpful and the office is beautiful and clean they make you feel like your at home I have never seen such a organized doctors office ever!!!!! Lori,and the providers and Dr Khan are just amazing you have good and bad where ever you go but this is a great place to go and finally people who care Thank you Lori and the whole staff at Khan Medical

Terrible staff. Went to office in Elizabeth, PA. Receptionist Laurie was practically harrasing to patients over the phone. I wanted this reported but I waited too long for the doctor and had to leave. Never met Dr. Kahn. She was the only one there when I went for my appointment. I waited 50 minutes and then left. I will never return.

My husband has been going to see this doctor and we are not happy with the care. Every time he has went to office he was seen by someone different. I don't feel they really care about his overall health...HATE THIS DOCTOR!!!
