Urgent care in Gainesville Texas is engaged in over billing and tried to extort money and payment saying my Insurance did not cover it. They put me an auto call harassment phone list to robo call me to force payment. After several calls to them and the office manager they refused to correct and said I owe them money and needed to pay. Met with Officer Mgr and she had a lot of excuses and said I owed the money, when I showed my Tricare Ins on their website that said I DO NOT own money, she said maybe we billed it wrong and will try to re-bill it. Attempts to contact Owner Dr Khan was more answering services and told NO WAY I could talk to him or get notify him of the possible Fraud or Incompetence at his Business. So in my opinion this doctor and his business is shady and incompetent or intentionally engaging in ripping off and over charging people by means of harassment and playing billing games. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General and Tricare… Insurance.

Dr Khan and his entire staff, are 80% of why I am alive. That staff is the finest I have ever seen. I would not trade them for anyone else. Their positive attitudes and familiarity with both who I was and my case history just from seeing me was / is incredible. Because of them I am now going forward with a kidney transplant.

Genially cares for patients. Gives options for treatments. Easy to talk to. Excellent staff.
