The worse doctors office I've been to when it comes to professionalism. If you're looking for meds for heartburn they'll take care of that because it's quick and easy, but if you're having actual problems that require testing and work to be done they're not trying to do more than they have to in order to figure out what's causing your condition. Getting them to is like pulling teeth and they'll let you know about it. I was told to sign a form saying I'm not responsible for anything I do while I was put under only to be lectured and ridiculed because of something I said while coming off of antistisia that I had no recollection of whatsoever. I was told I wouldn't be dilated unless they saw a stricture and I was dilated but the paperwork said "no strictures found." When I brought this up I was told "dr. Taj is hard to understand sometimes," I understood him just fine. I was told I'd receive a call back after they was done scheduling a procedure for me to never get the call back and left… wondering if the procedure was scheduled. My home doctor had to contact their office and find out why I didn't receive a call back. Then when I messaged sherri on social media out of desperation because I couldn't swallow my own saliva after doing 4 days in the hospital she blocked me. I've been out of the hospital for a week and with my second dilation in 3 weeks and still no follow up from them and my situation is far worse. Basically they want your money but want to do as little as possible when it comes to finding out what's going on with you with whatever condition you're having. And this is only half of the complaints I have regarding this office. I recommend you record your doctor visits because they'll tell you one thing and do another. I don't recommend this office. If I could give 0 stars I would. Thanks!

Dr. Taja is a caring compassionate physician. He took the time to explain everything to me and did not make me feel rushed. His entire office staff was polite and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this physician!

Great doctor, good at diagnosing difficult conditions. Takes a great health history and doesn't overuse inappropriate tests.

The doctor did an excellent job of prescribing a pleasant solution to drink the day before, in preparation. He was very comforting, along with the entire staff. I knew nothing during the procedure, and could never guess I had a procedure after it was over. An excellent physician.

This office does not see patients according to appointment time. They schedule an appointment at a particular time, but they don't see the patients in that order. They say first come, first serve, so why have an appointment?The wait time was ridiculous. The follow up to a problem took over a week for a response, even though it just required one question to the doctor.Anesthesia during colonoscopy was not adequate. I was awake for the procedure and experienced great pain. I asked them to stop when the pain was unbearable, but two of the nurses just pinned me to the bed and the procedure continued.Never would I return to this office.

Does not give enough medicine for procedures! Very painful and I remember everything!
