I was referred to Dr. Mubarak last year. When I tried to make an appointment I called several different numbers and left messages when I could and sent emails but never could get anyone to return my call or respond to emails. I finally told my endocrinologist that I needed someone different. I think she must have made contact because I finally got a call from Dr. Mubarak's office. I scheduled the appointment and was very pleased with my office visit. I really liked Dr. Mubarak and just decided that the communication issue was just a one-off. So now it is time for me to go in for a follow up and the appointment was scheduled previously so no issue there. However, I have a question for Dr. Mubarak or his office regarding lab work prior to my visit and here we go again. Unable to get anyone to call me back. Today I called and didn't even get voicemail. I do not understand what the issue is but it is totally unprofessional.

Dr. Mubarak is a doctor who listens to his patients and one I trust. I would recommend Dr. Mubarak to anyone that has health concerns.

His staff is incompetent. Lost appointments, lost labs, doesn't return calls. Rarely spend any time with Dr. Mubarak at all. Only with his PA.
