This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. I do not recommend Abby Pope, APRN, CNM, owner of Emerald Women’s Hormone Health in Festus, MO. I paid over $6,000 for treatment and was disappointed by the care I received. Despite raising concerns about hair loss and incomplete lab work multiple times, my concerns were dismissed or ignored. Critical labs were mishandled, skipped, or not properly reported, and I was prescribed medications without informed consent or explanation of risks. I was directed toward an expensive hair loss program, a third-party dermatologist, and costly prescriptions without clear pricing or justification. Medications were shipped without my approval, and I wasn’t informed of potential long-term side effects or what could happen if I stopped treatment. I requested a refund and received no response. I’ve filed complaints with licensing boards. This experience left me financially and emotionally disappointed.
