Dr. Abigail Marie Truitt

Dr. Abigail Truitt specializes in internal medicine and psychiatry, bringing a dual expertise that allows her to address both physical and mental health concerns. She earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine and has been practicing for three years. Her training in both internal medicine and psychiatry positions her to provide comprehensive care that recognizes the interconnected nature of physical and mental wellness.

Dr. Truitt practices at several locations throughout Charleston, including MUSC Health Ashley River Tower, Roper Hospital, and MUSC University Hospital. She has experience treating patients who have experienced strokes, including bleeding in the brain, as well as serious infections that affect the whole body.
