Dr. Abigail Zavod, MD

This was the strangest doctor’s appointment I ever had. Dr. Zavod was both oddly aggressive and very confused. She didn’t recognize the names of two very common medications I was taking. She spoke in an exaggerated baby voice and kept making strange faces. I actually stopped our appointment midway through and told her that I thought we were having problems communicating. She then asked me if it was because I didn’t like her shoes. So weird.

She seems like a sad person and for that I am sorry. Unfortunately, she is the worst doctor I have ever had: in a hurry, curt, argumentative, superior, and confused.

Agree with all the negative reports. Very confused at times. Wanted to know what one of my medications was. I thought I would fall over. I had to remind her that it was my injections that I get for my breast cancer. Appears that she is not sure of herself . She sent me out to numerous doctors for things an interest should be able to address. I wonder if she is bipolar? If you are a patient ask her why she left Mass General so abruptly. If you are considering her as your doctor, don't bother. Something is very wrong and I don't know what it is

This doctor is by far the WORST Doctor I have experienced. She was rude, taking advantage of the medical system by ordering tests that were uncalled for and providing outrageous diagnosis. She also does not wear appropriate clothing as a doctor either. On occasion you'll find her wearing clothes you would wear on a night out. She's by far the strangest Doctor I've ever met and has no clue what she is doing. One day if it hasn't already it will catch up to her. Please stay clear of this doctor until such a time that she gets more education or changes her means of practicing medicine.
