I went to see Dr. Abraham Kim because of severe knee pain and MRI results that indicate there are issues with my knee. I traveled 1 hour to see the doctor, paid the $70 copayment and the doctor saw me not more than 10 minutes. The visit was rushed and he seemed annoyed that I asked questions. He said my knee Is normal wear for my age, but the pain is a lot for "normal". I brought the MRI images and the report and he did not even looked at the images and quickly read the report when i asked him to look at it. I had to tell him to look at the report! He read it quickly and said it is normal. The report states there is a complex tear of anterior horn lateral meniscus!! That is not normal. I was very disappointed my visit was so rushed and the doctor did not seem to care. After i insisted to read the report line by line, he disregarded the line that says there is a meniscus tear and offer to give me a cortisone shot on my knee and said it is not going to help with the pain.

Dr. Kim diagnosed my hip issue my first visit when I went to him with a knee problem.

After a lifetime of knee pain from bone spurs and arthritis from being born bowlegged, I got double partial knee replacements by Dr Abraham Kim, and the quality of life a year and a half later is better than I could have ever dreamed of! I can walk for hours, hike on uneven surfaces, dance, wear cute shoes again—you name it! Without the energy drain and crabbiness of constant pain. I only wish I had done it sooner! This guy is the best! Thank you Dr Kim!

Great doctor, explains well

Abraham Kim It was a very satisfactory meeting, but I did forget to ask him for a referral for physical therapy and it took a long time to see him. But he did answer my questions and was very helpful

Dr Kim performed my replacement knee surgery 4-5. I had many surgeries on this knee with a lot of arthritis and came into his office on crutches he really does take his time in appointments and is very much a huge cheerleader for me. He listens carefully and gives honest assessments.
