My mother came here seeking treatment after she fell. Found she had broken her arm. Easy gave her some meds and a referral. You would think that would be it. Nope. Dr put the referral as an impatient one not even STAT. She called the office to inform them and was told that the Dr just left and everyone else is on vacation so they can't fix it. My mother is in extreme pain, can't get in to a specialist and most likely will have to have her bone rebroke because this Dr's office can't figure out how to properly put in a referral. If I was the manager of this office I would have called that Dr and had them turn around and come fix it. Negligence if I have ever heard about it. I mean who does a referral for impatient for a broken bone!? Go anywhere but here if you break something. I bet it will happen to you.

The staff was so helpful. I showed up to fill out my new patient paperwork & they already had it ready for me!! Excellent service & staff!! Dr. Tilley was super nice & informative about my situation. He spent plenty of time explaining the next steps towards my treatment. He did not rush me along or treat me like I was just some other person. Excellence Doctor & staff!!

Never had an issue been my Dr over ten years.Hurt back had Mir in a lot of pain suffering .Never asked for pain meds before.Can't see back Dr.unroll Oct.22.totally wrong.

My Husband and I both really like Dr. Tilley. He always takes his time explaining everything to us. He tells us what is best for us to do to keep us healthy. I do have one complaint, it is had to get a call back when you really need to speak to his nurse.

Find another doctor My wife and I experienced the most absurd treatment at this place. First clue is the LARGE waiting room! You will be there from 40 to 60 minutes so bring a good book. My wife ended up with COPD and broken rib. None of these conditions were found by Dr. Tilley despite x-rays taken onsite and several test procedures all of which we never got any results on except if anything is wrong the doctor will call you! We were scheduled one day for a test procedure, was called the day before as a reminder but after waiting 45 minutes in those not so plush chairs we were informed the staff had the day off to attend a training class, hence nobody was available to do the test procedures needed. We didnt pay for the test which has now resulted in a collection agency calling three or 5 times a week and a collection report places on our credit history. Try to do a mortgage with that on your record! This is just another practice that runs as many people thru as they can with… little or no concern for their patients. We found much better doctors, less waiting time and genuine concern by searching around

This Dr. has me in better health than I have enjoyed in years.Always has time to explaine what is hapending and what can be done to make my life better.
