Dr. Ada Barbara Dickinson, MD

I love that my daughter is her patient since she was born. The staff is super friendly, they knows us by name and the doctor is very professional and has high knowledge with the little ones and their families

I didn't like anything about this office. Dr ada b Dickinson should get it together. She is terrible and rude and just plan out ridiculous! Too bad she's In a good area. Worst doctor ever! I say keep your child far away from this place. She will be nice the first few times .. Then she just is a pain!!! I have never been so disrespected in my life. I was waiting over an hour then complained then she yelled at me so loud the whole office could hear. She claims to be so religious. Practice what you preach lady!

I have had one bad experience after another with Dr. Dickinson. The worst for me was my 1 year check-up. After waiting an hour with no apology, she spent 10-15 minutes with us, did not go over the 12 month check-list, did not discuss weaning off formula or introducing juice. First kid, I didn't know what was supposed to happen until a co-worker was telling me about her kids 1 year check-up The last straw was having to take my daughter back for a sick visit a week later. While i did have to wait for over an hour (sort of understandable, they squeezed us in and i did not expect to get seen promptly), I was then sent on a wild goose chase looking for my daughter's prescriptions, where I spent an hour and a half calling five different pharmacies. It suddenly showed up at the correct one after two calls to the doctor's after-hours voicemail service. Come to find out the next morning, the original "prescription" was sent to a completely different pharmacy (wrong store, wrong… street)...and was for Tylenol. The pharm tech called confused as to why a prescription for Tylenol was even sent in. I have switched doctors and would not recommend Dr. Dickinson as a pediatrician.

Dr. Dickinson has served as my daughter's pediatrician for the past ten years. I am quite selective about the doctors that treat my daughter and I. She is a bright, talented, thoughtful, and caring physician. Dr. Dickinson takes her profession seriously and cares a great deal about her patients. I recall a time when I had to bring my daughter to the ER in the middle of the night. The ER doctor called Dr. Dickinson and she was able to recite my daughter's history without a chart. She diagnosed a significant health issue that baffled three doctors. This swift diagnosis was crucial to my daughter's well being. Dr. Dickinson is a sole practitioner and takes her time with each patient; she is thorough. If you are interested in a pediatrician that loves her profession and cares deeply about the well-being of her patients please do not hesitate for one moment to chose Dr. Dickinson.

The most discourteous, rude and uncaring front office person I have ever come across in a Dr.'s office

Dr. Dickinson is very professional, kind to his patients, their diagnoses are correct. His office is always clean. She is a consummate professional she speaks English and Spanish, making good communication with people who do not speak English. I know about 7 years since I came to charlotte.

I have always loved having Dr.Dickinson as a pediatrician. I went to her as a child and I bring my children to her now as an adult.
