Dr. Ada Ann Koransky, MD

Dr. Koransky in caring and very competent. I've been her patient for years, so I'm obviously happy being under her care. Her practice has just one serious weaknessâ??her front office. The office manager doesn't keep records up to date, doesn't take responsibility for her errors (blames patients), and often overlooks faxes from pharmacies. Dr. Koransky has show an unwillingness or indifference to putting her office in order.

I don't know if Dr. Koransky is particularly good or not because her staff reflects so poorly on my experience. It took three tries to get a standard test done. The first time, no one showed up to open the office for the tech and me. (First appointment of the day.) No one ever called to reschedule the appointment; then I was billed twice for the test. The doctor also does not return phone calls, although maybe the staff never gave her my two messages. I'm done. Changing doctors.
