I called on a Thursday and got an appointment the following Monday. I had been suffering from 4 different skin issues for months. She listened to every thing I had to say and treated each problem individually. Dr. Egesi was professional yet sympathetic and understanding about my skin issures. Thank you so much Dr. Egesi !!!!!

I got an itchy rash on my hands and it spread all over my body and face within 4 days, never had anything like this before, I was looking online and thought it might be a ringworm but I got scared and decided to look for a professional, Doctor looked at me and asked if I have any allergies, I said i HAD allergy for cats in the past and now I have a cat but I dont sneeze and Im fine, she said ITS DEFINITELY THE CAT, I said Im not sure because I never had reaction like this in my life, she didnt listen and gave me steroid tablets and cream for 2 weeks, also I had to re home the cat... The next two weeks I was itchy day and night, steroids didnt help, I came back to the clinic, THIS TIME DOCTOR EXAMINED MY SKIN under microscope (it took her 5 minutes) and said 'Yes its fungus' and all I was thinking why she didnt do it the first time!? I wrote email to the clinic asking for a refund for the first visit, my email was ignored, I called 2 times, no callback, I send another email, nothing.… Finally after 1 week I got to speak with the manager. He said misdiagnosis happens all the time and its not a big deal and they dont have to refund me anything, I explained that I was not even examined properly AND was given steroid medication for no reason, he didnt care to help, at the end he said 'I dont want to talk to you anymore' and HUNG UP ON ME. I think this doesn't require further commentary. I have never been treated this way and I would never recommend anyone to go there, horrible staff, they dont care about people. I spent $385 all together to treat a common ringworm infection, now I know how they make money in America. Be careful!

She cares about her patients!!

She did a simple biopsy on my wife's nose but carved out a huge area. My wife was panicked when she got home & looked in the mirror. I called the doctor & she acted like it was no big deal. My wife said she was very cold & distant at the appt. There's still a noticeable scar, but thankfully it got much better over time. I wouldn't recommend this Dr to a loved one if she were the last dermatologist on earth. She has lots of rave review online but to my eye many use the same words and phrases ...

I had no issues with this office with communication in regards to email exchange, when searching for a dermatologist in the area. I was prompted to call the office to make an appointment which I did and specifically asked what the cost would be with my insurance. I was told it would be $75 less than what I was given at the time of check-in. My issue is that I made the appointment the day prior, arranged my work schedule to accommodate this appointment, spent about 25 minutes filling out paperwork only to be told I owe them more than what was given to me over the phone. My issue is perhaps specifying costs prior to the appointment or even filling out the paperwork for that matter, and if given a different amount at least the office should have honored that amount being as though it was such an inconvenience to alter my schedule and spend that time filling out new patient paperwork. No attempt was made to rectify the miscommunication just a promise that I wouldn’t have to wait long on… my next return visit, being as though I already went through the paperwork process. Not going to happen.
