If I could leave zero stars I would! I’ve never encountered A medical professional, more condescending or dismissive in my 61 years! I would not refer him to my worst enemy ! Rude And so utterly condescending!!!

Dr Alter seems to be a good doctor. He listens well and has good suggestions. However the follow through from either him or the Chest Medicine staff detracts from his rating. I Don’t know where the weak link lies in this case. And in all fairness It’s also in the middle of the pandemic so maybe it’s not their usual mode of operation but it’s been frustrating as a patient. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks to get a referral for a simple chest X-ray. That doesn’t seem right. I also had another instance of no one following through with orders that was BEFORE the pandemic so I’m not sure what’s going on. If he’s not the one dropping the ball I’d give him 4 stars but I don’t know where the problem lies.
