Dr. Adam Christian Augenstein, MD

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. “A” is a referral from a family member so I flew in from Florida for his expertise. I am beyond happy with my results. His bedside manner is exceptional. He personally checked in, as well as his office staff, making sure that I was doing well. If you’re considering any surgery, this man is your guy. No need to “shop around”.

I got a surgical rhinoplasty from Dr Augenstein 2.5 years ago. I was so excited for this procedure as it was something I had thought about for a long time. After meeting with him for a consultation I was even more excited for him to perform my surgery. His bed side manner was great and he spoke in great detail to me about the surgery. However, I very dissatisfied with my results. I was told if I was unhappy with the results and wanted to make tweaks to it, he would do it for free (outside the expense of the anesthesia and hospital stay). At my 1 year mark post op, I expressed the concerns I still had about my nose, and Dr Augenstein dismissed them completely. His response was “it’s not the best rhinoplasty but i don’t think it’s worth the risk to change the minor things you dislike”. 2.5 years later and I’m extremely disappointed with my results. I hate my nose as much as I did prior to surgery. I spent the money I had saved for years on a surgery that I am very unhappy with.

I had very significant MOHS surgery on my nose that need to be repaired. Dr Augenstein met with me and laid out the options and the criteria he would use to determine the best option. He met me after the surgery and answered all my questions. I had a follow up the next day and he took his time to review the repair wounds and walk me through how to take care of it. He was very practical and wanted me to feel good about the entire process. Would highly recommend him

Age 61 Tummy Tuck/ Flank Lipo

Dr. Augenstein is thoughtul, pleasant, very experienced and knew exactly what I needed to refresh my face, and erase some annoying lines and wrinkles, with up to date injectables (including Botox). The results are awesome, with almost no bruising. Don't trust your face to anyone but a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon if you want the very best natural-looking and safest results. His staff is great as well--very nice, friendly and respectful. I am so glad to have found Dr. Augenstein in Charlotte! I am from Los Angeles and was worried I would not find the same caliber of aesthetic surgeons here in Charlotte, but I am happy to say I was wrong.

I have to say that I had such a wonderful expereince with Dr. Adam Augenstein, and his staff and my surgery and results were great! He is caring, listened to all my concerns. I did have light sedation with the procedure and I have to say I never felt any pain. He was always available for questions or concerns. I would highly recommended Dr. Augenstein!

I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Augenstein. excellent outcomes. he is fantastic in all ways. I will go to him for all plastic surgery. highly recommend.

Phenomenal facility, staff and Dr.Augenstein was amazing! He listened to my concerns and created the game plan for treatment. He made me feel as though my concerns mattered and he wasn't trying to just sell me on more surgery which a previous doctor had tried to do. I feel as though he has my best interest in mind. Very appreciative for the care I received from he and his nurse. They took time to look at my before pictures prior to my weight loss and truly congratulated me on my progress. He understood what I have been through and why I wanted so desperately to have this surgery. No matter how hard I may have pushed to have more procedures at one time he wouldn't budge. He truly cared about the safety of me as a patient and not just trying to get more money. Also, Erica Lopez was very helpful! I took a lot of time in my financing/scheduling appointment and she never once made me feel rushed. She gave me all of her attention and helped me explore all financial options. Best… experience I could have imagined!

Dr. Augenstein is one of the few physicians I've met that made me comfortable and put me at ease. He is down to earth, very modest and personable. Dr. Augenstein is extremely attentive when operating and caring for all his patients so all experience the highest level care and safety. I would and have recommend him to many others.

The staff and doctor did everything to make me feel comfortable and prepared for my surgery and recovery. I am so happy with the results and the experience and would recommend them to anyone. Dr Augenstein was very helpful in calming all my fears and explaining each step throughout the process
