Dr. Adam Walker Bagley, MD

This doctor cares nothing about his patients. After traveling over an hour from Lake City for my first appointment, I got lost trying to find his office in Jacksonville and was late for my appointment. When I arrived, I explained to the person at the front desk what happened, and she went to ask Dr. Bagley if he would still see me. He turned me away, after I had waited 3 months to get in to see him for a condition that is greatly affecting my ability to function in daily life, not to mention that I took a half day off work without pay to be able to see him and spent almost 3 hours driving round trip. I am glad I found out early the kind of doctor and uncaring person that he is, because I definitely do not want to be treated by this kind of doctor. Oh, and the reason I didn't call to let them know I was lost is because it's difficult to ever reach anyone, and you always have to wait on hold forever. I hope I never have to visit any doctor in this practice in the future.

Dr. Adam Bagwell is GREAT. This doctor seems extremely well-educated and truly cares for his patients...you can "feel it" when you walk into the office. He listens to ALL of your concerns and conveys his questions and answers in a simple and easily understood manner. He READS all of your medical information and "dwells" on getting to the cause of your problem(s). One can SEE the concern for his patients in his countenance. He has values/strengths lost on some doctors of today. I never feel "rushed" or as if on an "assembly line" during my visit and when I leave his office, I feel totally assured that he has "MY CASE" on the "Front Burner"...and he does.

Dr. Bagley is a wonderful doctor and just seems like a wonderful person. My mom was recently diagnosed with several autoimmune problems and we are so thankful that God seemed to lead us to this doctor. He sits down and listens to everything you have to say and seems genuinely concerned. He has even called my mom on his days off or late at night just to reassure her that things will be okay or to let her know that he was thinking about her and was going to do everything he could to get the problem figured out and help her. He may be young but don't let that deter you from seeing him. He is very wise and was able to finally diagnose my mom after several doctors couldn't. We love Dr. Bagley!
