Dr. Adam Scott Barron, MD

I was very disappointed with Doctor Adam Scott Barron. I visited him and he told he did not treat my health issue and I should go to visit other Doctor, but they charged me full price for the visit. That was really unfair.

Dr. Adam Barron is by far the best Rheumatologist I've ever been to. He took the time with me to figure out a holistic treatment plan. He did testing that six other Rheumatologist failed to order. What I have found with other Rheumatologist is they only go for the low hanging fruit. They see you have an autoimmune disease, give you a Rx, and move on to their next 15 minute appointment. These cookie cutter operations may get you in and out, but they are not treating the whole you and the complexities that come with autoimmune diseases. Dr. Barron discovered underlining issues that were impacting my health and took appropriate action to address them. I am so much better off, since I came to him for treatment. I would highly recommend him.

If you need to see a rheumatologist, do yourself a favor and see the best--go see Dr. Barron. He stays current and offers many different treatments, including PRP. He is kind and will always treat you with respect. As a long-time chronic illness patient, I have grown to appreciate this type of care. Yes, I want the very best care, but being treated as a real person makes all the difference in my outlook. I have a long history of chronic illness, so I have had so many doctors. Dr. Barron is probably my favorite. I’ve been a patient for many years—although I left for a short while thinking I could get some kind of miracle cure elsewhere, I found I missed being treated with kindness and respect. I can rest easy knowing I am receiving the best care available. On occasion, we review options and I am very much a part of the decision process. I understand all aspects of my treatment. Having chronic illness is tough, seeing our doctors shouldn’t be. Stop looking and just make an… appointment. Oh, one last thing: When you call, his team is really nice!!!

I suffered with horrible, painful gout for 2 years before I saw Dr. Barron. I followed his recommendations and treatment and I've been gout free ever since! He's and excellent doctor with great outcomes. Thank you Dr. Barron! Judy P.

Your staff in the WPB office, SUCK

I have a very serious case of Osteoarthritis - it's painful, frustrating and few have any idea at all how to treat it. With great good fortune, I discovered Dr Adam Barron. Without his help, I'd be sitting at home tied up, immobile in a ball of knots. With his guidance, I have less pain, better mobility and attitude.

Dr. Barron is a great doctor. I starting going to him two years ago and thank God I found him. No other doctor could help me but Dr. Barron run some tests and thank God I feel so much better. I love the staff also, the ladies are always willing to help with a smile.

Cannot find the trouble; keep telling me: "I think is this or maybe that" . Is really hard to communicate with him; he is very shy. He never will look your papers prior your visit;, when you go on his office he will need at least 10 minutes for read about you . Very uncomfortable situation. I cannot trust on him since I made a lot of exams and so far he didn't arrive on any conclusion of my problem. So, i cannot recommend him.

I think Dr Barron lacks in his communication. He was not clear..he doesn't talk much (very quiet) and you need insist in some questions for get maybe one answer and it will be always "maybe"... Very inconfortable. I have doubts about the prognostic that he gave to me. Going for a second opinion before I jump on the medicine that he prescribe me. I cannot give more that 3 starts in my review...his staff is very unprofessional.

Dr. Barron is a great doctor don't let any one tell you different. He takes his time to review everything with his patients. He's not like most doctors who push you out the door after about 9 minutes. Dr. Barron cares about his patients and their well being. He will always be my doctor. He was a blessing from GOD!
