I had a tummy tuck and back lift from Dr. Basner in 2019. I am beyond pleased with the results. He, the nurses and his office are very caring, meticulous and accommodating. Dr. Basner was a total God send. For years I considered getting surgery and kept wavering because I was nervous about finding the right doctor who I could trust. Once I found Dr. Basner, I instantly felt comfortable and completely trusted his abilities. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to post surgery calls and check-ins. I am an incredibly nervous person (especially when it comes to my health!) and Dr. Basner made sure to keep me comfortable throughout it all. I had a very bad surgical and follow-up experience with Dr. Basner. I was supposed to get fat grafting to my face while having lower Blepharoplasty surgery. It's been a month post surgery and I see no results. In fact, my face looks worse than before the surgery. I went for a follow-up visit to express to Dr. Basner my concerns and he would not accept responsibility for the results and would not stand behind his work. He was very non caring and unsympathetic to the situation. He was cold and dismissed me and made me feel as if he could care less about me and the money I spent and the current situation I am left in. After spending thousands of dollars with Dr. Basner, now I feel like all my money has been wasted and I need to go back to getting fillers done again. If you are thinking about using Dr. Basner for any cosmetic procedure, please think again. A doctor that does not stand behind his work is not worth your time and money.

I went to Dr. Basner after a few of my friends had surgery with him and i saw the incredible results! I am so happy with the results of my face lift! I feel amazing. I have already referred another friend to him. His staff is great and was so helpful during my recovery. That office is the best!!
