Adam Biec, LMHC is the founder and owner of A.J.B. Counseling & Psychotherapy, where he specializes in the treatment of panic attacks, anxiety, and couples counseling. As someone who used to have a panic disorder, Adam knows first-hand the level of misery it can bring. It's truly a unique and painful experience to go through. He also knows that it's entirely possible to get rid of it completely.Adam Biec graduated with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University. While collecting his licensing hours, he studied and practiced Gestalt Psychotherapy and Functional Family Therapy. After becoming licensed to practice independently in 2015, Adam focused his practice on panic, anxiety, and couples counseling.He has been helping those through individual counseling since 2010 and couples counseling since 2014.
