Highly recommended, he is very professional and knowledgeable, and really cares about his patients. He was an excellent listener and gives good advice and was very insightful.

It's a shame I had a poor experience. The doctor was a really cool guy and I clicked with him on my first visit (thats the only reason for the second star). However after that, they became increasingly impossible to get in contact with to schedule an appointment. I missed a single appointment and tried many many times to get in contact to reschedule that and pay the fee. I had to just short of badger them to get a response about scheduling an appointment, and even then they still never actually worked with me. They never picked up the phones, returned voicemails, emailed back, texted back, etc. I tried all of these methods of contact several times. I emailed the doctor personally about my concerns, and he said the receptionist would call me the next day (spoiler, she didn't). Once I actually did get an email back (after sending three emails/messages) she gave me one time he was available for a phone appointment. It didn't work for me so I emailed back right away. I didn't get another… email for several days where I got another single time and day that didn't work. After that I told her to call me because email was obviously not working out and I never heard from them ever again. I was being completely ignored by them. I've never been to a practice with such blatant disregard for their clients' well-being. I was on medicines that were ill advised to just stop cold turkey, one to control my heart. But due to my inability to contact them, I never got them refilled. I was very disappointed to have to write this because I was excited about my initial encounter with the doctor. But this was just a messed up experience. I'm glad others had good experiences here, but I don't know what it was about my situation that elicited this response. I do know I definitely didn't deserve this for missing a single appointment.
