Dr. Adam Eisner

There are much better dentists out there and unless you only need a cleaning, small cavity filled or your dentures adjusted, do not expect top-notch work or any extra time spent to workup a treatment plan or discuss your condition. Even though the charges are similar to better dentists, it is a "get them in and get them out" business. The receptionist, Valerie, is coarse and barely courteous, although the techs are nice. The waiting area is small, run-down and worn. In this area, one should expect better dental care. I have had several root canals and crowns done while in his care and still have quite a bit of pain. When I asked Dr. Eisner why I still hurt, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I wish I knew". Not quite the answer you expect. I later went to an elderly dentist over a weekend due to the pain and he found the problem immediately. Lots of money and time and pain wasted with Dr. Eisner. One has to wonder why he makes the long commute from Baltimore to work next to a… welfare office.....but I suspect it is because there is no competition from qualified colleagues in the area. I could give several other examples, but life is short. I'm the most loyal of "customers", but I finally left after several years and never looked back. Trust me...go somewhere else.
