Dr. Adam Neal Glaser, MD

Dr. Glaser is compassionate; he gave a great deal of time to helping a friend of mine through a medical crisis, so I was excited to be able to see him for myself. He is kind, knowledgeable and an excellent listener. It's a gift to be able to work with him on issues regarding my health.

Dr. Glaser is prompt, kind, knowlegeable, an excellent listener, and an excellent explainer. He is the best doctor I have ever had, and I feel lucky to be his patient. As usual, my latest appointment was superb.

I was a patient with Dr Glaser, until 2 years ago my brain popped. My company decided they don't support disability if caused by WAR(IT WASNT) but since I'm a combat veteran with PTSD, they decided that was enough to decline my disability. (Aetna claims Dr Glaser supported this but I just can't see this, knowing the man) Dr Glasers name is all over their denial decision. I tried reaching out to him today for assistance, but, front desk told me that I can't talk to him, because he is not accepting new patients, even though I was a patient right up to my employer terminating my healthcare. So, I'm in VA healthcare, have been last 2 years, I can't get one single doctor to fill out Aetna paperwork, none, so I'm trying to go to the last civilian doctor I had, who Aetna is using as the reason for denying my claim. I have MDD and PTSD, but i also have PTSD from massive, previously repressed childhood trauma, THE REASON MY BRAIN POPPED. This was found out thru therapy at VA, … but, I can't get the VA to help with claim. So again, trying to get Dr GLASER to assist, but, front desk won't put me in touch with him. Again, I went from 23 years at UPS, low level manager, to unpaid personal leave with no healthcare outside of the VA. All based off Dr Glasers comments to Aetna, and I don't think Dr Glaser knew about my childhood trauma, but, since I can't reach him, what am I to do, just sit here in the dark, let my rights slip away, and become another veteran statistic? #22aDay
