Dr. Adam Jonathan Hedaya, MD

I had been with Dr Hedaya for almost 6 yrs. Took a few years off, and recently had 2 visits with him. I owe him $135.00, and because of that, he won't treat me, and I'm in 24/7 pain. Im making payments on my balance. I had to call him on the weekend because my pain was beyond overwhelming. He said go to er, and on my next visit with him, Ned help me, which HE DIDN'T. he started out being the best pain dr id ever seen, but not anymore

I've had terrible sciatica pain in my right leg for well over a year. Dr. Hedaya suggested a procedure between L4 and L5. My previous pain management Doctor never suggested this. After the procedure, I am pretty much pain free. I can walk without excruciating pain down my leg. Thank you Dr. Hedaya and staff for giving me my life back! Go see Dr. Hedaya for your pain. You will be amazed.

I really tried working with Dr Hedaya and his staff, but became extremely frustrated at the lack of honesty and transparency. The dr himself is friendly and seems to want to help. He encouraged me to switch my insurance in order to get treatment , as the one I had wasn’t “ paying him for approved procedures “. This should have been my RED flag. I had read many reviews about this office “ pushing” injections, and sadly i should have taken heed. After getting the run around multiple times with their “ insurance specialist“ at their office ,who repeatedly filed my claims incorrectly , to the nurse and desk staff who gave me different answers every time I called, my entire experience was dismal. They ended up trying to book another procedure, that “ insurance would probably cover”, but wasn’t going to fully address my medical issue. My advice is to dig a bit, read the other reviews, and if you schedule an appointment, go in with your eyes OPEN. I went somewhere else.

This office only wants your money. They refused to write me a prescription for physical therapy or for pain medication. Their goal is to have you in so much pain you purchase multiple injections. It did not help me at all. I ended up going to an ortho at UH and received a script for therapy. I was better in two weeks vs. the months going to Dr. Mariah Jutte. She does not have any compassion for patients. Go to a surgeon or ortho neck specialist and stay away.

Watch this physician and make sure what you discuss actually occurs! Calamity of errors over the 2 years I was a patient. Lack of communication. Always blamed staff and turn over in office.

New patient had knee pain block which has troubled me for years, immediate relief !!!

Why is he moving again,? I followed him from Norwalk to Westlake and now another move. I'd like to know why.

Went through pain management with Dr. Hedaya. He gave me a prescription for Vicodin that gradually increased as my pain increased. When none of the other treatments worked, such as shots and nerve ablation, then he suggested that I had a chemical dependency problem. I offered to bring my pills in to be counted and he said that they did not do that, when it was right in the contract I signed before treatment that they would count pills if they suspected someone was abusing their medication. Very poor care. I terminated treatment immediately. One of his staff called to see if there was anything they could do. I told them to have Dr. Hedaya call me and he never did.

I’m not sure why a patient would say Dr Hedaya let them quit oxycodone, “cold turkey “? As a new patient (Dr Chahaun left), I’ve been on oxycodone, four, 15 mg a day, For nine years. Since the state is getting it harder and harder to be prescribed, I have been worried. But Dr. Hedaya, put me on Belbuca films, I had no withdrawals whatsoever. I also get epidurals now from him I find his office very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
