I received a call from Dr. Henner after requesting a call back for an ear issue. He was quite rude and pompous and actually found my issue laughable, especially when he thought I was diagnosing something that he thought impossible. I was so embarrassed when I heard him laughing I probably should have ended the call then but waited to hear what he suggested since he said it wasn’t possible to have swimmers ear if I hadn’t been swimming. He then quizzed me about the allergy medicine I was taking and seemed annoyed that I didn’t know more. I thanked him for calling me back, and then told him I didn’t appreciate him treating me like I had no sense, and hung up. I am so embarrassed that I even made the call to begin with and just when I thought I might get a little empathy and bed side manner he turned that around.

Dr. Henner give it to you straight, he has always been fantastic with my wife and I. As a young Doctor, he has a very open mind regarding treatments and I couldnt recommend him higher.

Dr. Henner has been my and my wife's doctor for several years now. He is extremely approachable, always seems to have enough time to discuss any problem with me, and is always willing to refer me to care that is covered under my medical insurance, something which usually takes some additional review time for him. I'm 57 years old, and I can honestly say that he is the best personal physician that I've ever had.
