Dr. J is the kindest and most comprehensive psychiatrist known to man.

I love Dr. J - he is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever been to. He's an extremely good listener and doesnt want to just 'medicate' the problem as a fix. He will make sure you have an issue that requires medication before even offering it - He will spend lots of time with you, just listening and giving feedback in the way you'd be able to take in. Never rude, never unkind and always willing to help you in many ways! He has helped me come so far in my life within the year I have seen him - I was not able to work or do much when I first met him. Now ive been working with little to no issues, able to sleep better and be more active in life and can actually participate with growing, learning and becoming more every day. All because of Dr. J! I would suggest him to anyone who actually wants the help as he will bend over backwards to help you, take care of you and listen to every issue. He is a god send!

I saw Dr. J for a year and he is awesome cool! I highly recommend him.

I trust this man with my life I was made fun of in school and I stop going and I was going to get in big trouble for not going to school and he wrote a letter to my school and got me out of trouble I thanks this man very much thanks dr. j ....you are the best

While this doctor has a good beside manner while your in the office, he is generally flakey and doesn't return calls. He also does not return emails. He is nice but talks way too much. For me personally, I have enough crap to deal with in my life, I need someone thats more "to the point" and someone that is responsive to calls and emails.

Dr J has been working with me for over 4 years with a break in the middle to Kaiser because of an insurance change. Now he's working with me to straighten out the mess Kaiser caused. I do not mind the waits in his office as he spends extra time to help patients because he does the same for me. He treats the entire person and shows one different paths to healing.

I have had a lot of doctors, but this doctor actually listens and answers your questions. He is slow to quick fix with meds, unless you are acutely ill. Talks to you and not down to you. He try new types of therapy along with medication. He gives me hope that I will live a meanginful and fulfilling life.And that recovery is possible , because my illness can be managed.

I'VE SEEN SO MANY DR'S FOR MY DIAGNOSIS AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FEEL LIKE I'VE CAN WALK THRU LIFE "STABLE AND LIKE OTHERS" (I'M PROBABLY NOT) :) IF YOU'RE SEEKING PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNERS AND SOMEONE THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING AND NOT THE MONEY THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR POCKET. THEN BY ALL MEANS...PICK UP THE PHONE. GET THE HELP YOU NEED AND DESERVE. DR J BY FAR..HAS SAVED MY LIFE IS ASSISTING ME TO WALK MY JOURNEY AND NOT FEEL LIKE I'M JUST ANOTHER PERSON WALKING IN THE DOOR!!!
