The staff here is always thoughtful, remembers my name and what we talked about last time that wouldn't have been in my chart. Crystal is amazing!! She really cares about my pain and genuinely wants me to have a better quality of life.

My consultation was quick and easy! Great detailed information about my next steps on my procedure and how it would elevate my pain and results. Over telemed or video saved me on travel and time with my appointment.

The office was easy to find. Parking was more than sufficient. The office was clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful pleasant and very polite. Dr. Kramer is an excellent physician. He has a professional yet personable persona. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he’s dedicated to his practice. I give Dr. Kramer five stars, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Had an injection in my spine

Awesome Dr Kramer has kept me out of pain and mobile because of my injuries. I’m very grateful . I would highly recommend Dr Kramer for needs and concerns. He’s very patience and listen to me as a patient . His instructions are clear and precise. He makes sure I understand everything in civilian terms before I leave. His staff is also very considerate and professional.

Everyone was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. Only thing missing is a German Shepard therapy office dog. Looking into the eyes of a pup makes everything better.

Dr Kramer is the fist Dr ever who will truly listen to you and really care. His office staff was just as caring and his office was clean. Plenty of parking as well. Location is key! Thank you Dr Kramer!!!

I was in unbearable sever pain in my low back & left leg ..I couldn't sleep normally for 3 weeks..until I came to Dr. Kramer who gave my an injection in my spin and saved me from that horrible pain Thank you Dr. Kramer & I hope any one have sch pain go to this brilliant Doctor

I saw Dr Kramer for the first time for chronic lumbar back pain and recently acquired neck pain (degenerative joint disease). He took no xrays, images or scans and prescribed prednisone, which relieved inflammation for 3 days; muscle relaxers, which did nothing but put me to sleep; and sent me to ATI Physical Therapy. The young, very aggressive, "therapists" at ATI worked me like I was training for the olympics and then tried scheduling me every other day for follow-up appts. The following day I was in so much pain I couldn't get out of bed on my own to use the bathroom. I called Dr Kramer's office and spoke with the office nurse and explained what I just went through and she said she would get with Dr Kramer and have him call me. I received no calls. I called again but always had to leave a message. They never answered the phone and apparently have very limited hours. It now has been over a week and I still have not received a call back from Dr Kramer or anyone at Palo Verde Pain.
